I have found it hard to clean brushes after acrylic paint dries. It is expensive to buy the acrylic cleaner... I have found a wonderful, inexpensive substitute! Lysol pine scent cleaner. It actually emulsifies the paint and the brushes come out like new. It also gets the dreaded acrylic out of clothes very nicely and doesn't harm the material.  ~Submitted by Marie G.
