Q. Do you have a catalog?
A. We do not have a printed catalog available. By providing our catalog online, we are able to provide you with an accurate and up-to-date account of not only what we carry but also whether or not it is in stock.
Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO and other Military Addresses?
A. Yes, we do ship to Military Addresses via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Your shipping rate is determined by the sub-total of your order.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We are no longer able to accept International orders online.
You may still orders from us but there are a few changes:
You will need to order by calling 405-745-1275. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 CST.
Your order will need to ship to a US Destination, such as a freight forwarder. By doing so your order will be eligible for our US shipping rates which often include free shipping.
If you would like for us to ship your order directly to you, you will be charged the actual postage amount. That amount is calculated once your order is picked, packed and ready to ship.
Please note that this new policy does not include Military Addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands. We will continue to accept and ship orders to these destinations. Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. It will take 2-3 business days for your order to ship from our warehouse in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail which will take an additional 1-5 business days. Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. Crafts, Etc!® accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit Cards and Hobby Lobby® and Crafts, Etc!® Gift Cards.
