All Amazing Eraser Clay should be conditioned before use. Just knead the clay in your hands until soft and of even consistency. Once your project is complete, bake in your home oven at 250 for 10 minutes. Over baking will cause the erasers to not erase very well. Make sure your oven is the right temperature by checking it with an oven thermometer. Allow the erasers to cool completely before handling them.
If you want to turn your eraser into a pencil topper the eraser needs to be made thick enough to cover the end of a pencil. Before baking, you can gently push the eraser onto a pencil to make a hole in it. Then gently slide the eraser off and bake.
