Here's what you'll need

Use level, protected work area. Read all directions before use. Protect flat, level working area with waxed paper.

Use scissors to cut the GOOP end of the snip tip to the smallest application size. With topiary ball laying on its side, apply a generous amount of Craft GOOP to each individual piece of potpourri and press firmly to topiary ball. Design a pattern and work one quadrant at a time, until entire ball is covered.

Apply a dab of Craft GOOP to the end of a new piece of ribbon and press firmly to base of topiary stem. Holding that end in place, wrap remaining ribbon around stem, leaving a little space in between, until you reach the top. Apply a dab of Craft GOOP to secure ribbon to top of stem. Trim excess ribbon. Apply another dab of Craft GOOP to ribbon at top of stem. Using a new piece of ribbon, tie a bow around top of tem. Trim excess ribbon.
